- Delay or deny protections for species that need urgent action now.
The Endangered Species Act has prevented the extinction of more than 99% of species under its care. It’s the reason bald eagles, alligators, and gray whales are still with us today.
We stopped these Endangered Species Act rollbacks before with massive public opposition. We can do it again, but only if we act before the comment period closes.
