Julia is a senior manager for Hitachi Consulting and specializes in a broad range of issues related to environmental sustainability. She has extensive experience in environmental management systems, urban development and community planning, alternative transportation fuels, and international climate change policy and climate risk assessment. Before joining Hitachi, Julia directed the Washington, D.C. office of First Environment, a consulting and engineering firm focused on carbon footprint reduction management and validation.
